Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance and service repairs on pneumatic controls, electric controls and humidity controls.
∎ Cleaning of cooling tower & strainer of the cooling water line .
∎ Cooling Tower Gear Motor with Gear box & oil level check .
∎ Cooling water pump Check & Maintenance .
∎ Chilled water Pump check & Maintenance .
∎ Absorption pump, Refrigeration pump ,Purge pump Check & Maintenance .
∎ Regular Purging the chiller Shell.
∎ Regular data recorded after one hour daily A+B+C shift .
∎ Develop and implement Chiller plant technical support for both controls and mechanical. Maintenance and service repairs on split system air conditioning units such as: accidents, acid wash coils, pressure and temperature controls, setting mechanical unloads, etc all data recordings to comply with EPA.
∎ Maintenance and service repairs on pumps, variable frequency drives, soft starts and speed controls.
∎ Maintenance and service repairs on hot water and chilled water piping, along with air and hydraulic balancing;
∎ Maintenance and service repairs for heating system and all gas fired resolving problems;
∎ To assure the well maintenance of all the resources including direct resources like Generator, chiller, Air Compressor, Yarn condition plant ,Heat setting ,Cooling Tower Machinery ,Load management , Temperature humility control and other equipment for proper functioning.
∎ Prepare/verify inventory of all equipment, attachments, folders, spare parts, etc. Implement a system to maintain these records
∎ Assure the service and repair of all machines and equipment to have in perfect running condition ready for production at all times
∎ To be strictly abide by the compliance standard stipulated by the management from time to time
∎ Develop or propose a spare parts policy for the company to abide to.
∎ To assure that the procedures are implemented to ensure the availability (that there is no waiting) of machines during style change, including a monitoring procedure.
∎ Be aware of new technologies coming in and evaluate them against company requirements and recommend on acquiring while identifying key personnel to be trained on new arrivals.
∎ The selected candidates will lead the Utility team and will be responsible to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of all machinery/plant independently specially Power Plant;
∎ The candidates should have thorough practical knowledge on utility related works
∎ Perform other reasonable job duties as requested;

∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ The candidates should have strong personality, proven leadership skills.
∎ Candidate has to be self-motivated, highly productive and with a reliable working attitude;
∎ Adequate experience to manage job independently having multi-tasking ability;
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate to the subordinates;
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame;
∎ Good in planning & analytical skills having record keeping ability for reports;
∎ Well conversant on MS Office, MS Power Point and email communication etc.;
∎ Modern System adaptability & Creativity.
