Auto Mobile Engineering, Automobile, Expert of Forklift vehicle, Shipment Vehicle
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Automobile repair and maintenance of Forklifts, Loaders, JCBs, Buses etc.
∎ Guiding and Leading Mechanical staff.
∎ Spares utility and Making MIS reports.
∎ Operations run smoothly.
∎ Maintain required stock of spare parts to avoid any production failures.
∎ Lead and monitor the activities of the team members and provide necessary guidelines to them to perform their duties effectively.
∎ Responsible for all maintenance servicing repairing and keeping record of all vehicle expenses.
∎ Develop effective plans & Procedures to provide effective maintenance related support in the required areas.
∎ Verifying of fuel consumption of all vehicles by checking and controlling the KPL (Kilometer per Liter) of each one.
∎ Maintain all the equipment/ machineries of the plant and workshop in proper working condition to ensure optimum production in all segment.
∎ Plan & Execute preventive maintenance as per schedule and enforce those through maintenance staff.
∎ Evaluate and monitor the operation parameters take immediate corrective action.
∎ Identify areas for improvements and assign workers to take care of issues.
∎ Ensure the availability of spare parts for breakdown & preventive maintenance.
∎ Identify & implement variation measures to improve efficiency of the spare parts.
∎ Check and clean all the spare parts the time of departure of the vehicles.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge about automobile operation activities.
∎ Expert in Microsoft Office programme.
∎ Good at in English both speaking and writing.
Salary: Negotiable
