Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/M.Com or equivalent degree from reputed university .
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for total Inventory System Factory, Warehouse and others operation.
∎ Inventory register maintain -Hard copy and soft copy.
∎ Raw material, Packaging material and finished goods keep updated in Inventory register and software.
∎ Have to check & report on purchase, distribution, production & wastage frequently with quantity.
∎ Regular checking of all kind of purchases related documents including factory.
∎ Check and verify the all suppliers bill.
∎ Check and verify the stock (weekly or monthly basis in factory).
∎ Check all transaction like received, payment, sales, and purchase.
∎ Capable to find out discrepancy of every dealings & record.
∎ To operate Software and handle independently.
∎ Liaison maintain with production, commercial and accounts.
∎ Based on approved documents finished goods prepare.
∎ Monthly Budget for required raw material.
∎ Reporting to Management various report regarding Inventory system.
∎ Any other job assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in internal audit in company.
Salary: Negotiable
