Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering/EEE (will added advantage)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, Installation and Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance, Trouble Shooting of the systems mentioned below.
∎ Air conditioner System (chiller, CRF, conversional)
∎ Maintenance and trouble shooting of sub station, Gas Generator and diesel Generator.
∎ Building Management System (BMS).
∎ Lift & Lighting Automation System.
∎ Fire Protection System (sprinkler system).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in HVAC, BMS, Generator etc and firm experience in installation of those systems.
∎ Sound in Communication & Collaboration with all the stakeholders
∎ Critical thinking and Problem solving ability
∎ Capable of leading a large group of people especially in a large construction project
∎ Can work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
