Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any govt. institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Filed team, dealer monitoring very closely on daily, weekly/ monthly basis.
∎ Should achieve Retail/ Dealer sales and Industrial sales target.
∎ Monthly sales & collection target should achieve.
∎ High comfort level using computer Excel, Microsoft Office, pricing/ costing calculation/ Analysis etc.
∎ Software base Sales, Collection, data management update & reports writing.
∎ Customer, dealer, FB page query response with technical support and field visit.
∎ Capable to deliver daily, weekly & monthly reports, Power Point sales presentation.
∎ Software (ERP) operating for software bas data inputs, import/purchase inputs, sales & collection inputs with delivery invoice issuance and reports from software. Compile and organizes software data & report submit.
∎ Maintain Purchase stock Physically with ERP report and should ensure data entries, correct, complete and updated at all the time.
∎ Commercial LC & documentary processes and Custom duty, assessment work support work.
∎ Compile and organizes official data, maintain all official files and ensure that entries are correct, complete
∎ Cross-reference data reports with customer ledger and contact dealers/ customers to clarify incomplete or unclear information
∎ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and respond to internal requests for access to protected files.
∎ Use various databases to store and data management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Capable for event management, campaign/ seminars organize.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
