Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma In Power/Automobile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement yearly service & maintenance plan.
∎ Achieve Yearly Service Income & Spare parts Target of Financial Year of the Business.
∎ Ensure Warranty Settlement with M&M Swaraj Division and Customers within shortest possible timeframe from the date of claim.
∎ Ensure availability of spare parts nationwide by appointing spare parts dealers in target locations nationwide.
∎ Arrange Training Sessions for all Service and Maintenance staffs in order to ensure adequate job knowledge.
∎ Develop Spare Parts Sales package and Staffs incentive plan.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 18000 (Monthly)
