Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility for the maintenance unit and asset care.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly & annual maintenance planning.
∎ Planning for scheduled maintenance as well as running fault.
∎ Maintenance planning for maximum capacity utilization's.
∎ Mean time to repair is a basic measure of the maintainability of repairable items.
∎ To execute the maintenance schedule.
∎ Handling the foreman and fitter.
∎ Taking initiative about preventive regular maintenance.
∎ Daily reporting about spare parts consumption and chiller, compressor & all kinds of mechanical maintenance
∎ Tira Tex Tape Line M/C
∎ Overall production and maintenance works on Dosi Tex unit, Extruder, T-die, Take up, oven and stretching unit.
∎ Fila tex 225 winder properly maintenance.
∎ Advantex loom machine
∎ All kind of production planning and maintenance works like as shuttle maintenance, fabric size adjust, winder maintenance etc.
∎ Eco Tex Lamination M/C
∎ Overall production and maintenance of unwinding unit, corona unit, lamination unit and winding unit etc.
∎ Reel to Reel printing Machine remax
∎ Any kinds of production planning and maintenance works on unwinding unit, corona unit, printing unit and winding unit.
∎ Cut Tex and Slit Tex machine properly lubrication and maintenance.
∎ AD Conver Tex
∎ All kind of schedule production planning and maintenance and lubrication unwinding unit, perforation unit, cutting unit, opening unit, valve patch and cover patch unit, delivery unit.
