Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall instrumental operation and maintenance of the Factory in his shift:
∎ Planning of operation and implementation the instrumental activities of his area of works
∎ Maintain liaison with all technical departments.
∎ Assessing maximum efficiency of all the related Instrumental equipment in his area.
∎ Responsible for Planning, training and Supervision.
∎ -Conduct daily and periodic maintenance of all Instrumental equipment of the plants in DSML:
∎ Plan for Maintenance and implementation of instrumental equipment’s of whole plants in his shift.
∎ Supervise the staffs working with him.
∎ Train the new staffs within his area of supervision.
∎ Routine Checking and repairing of all instrumental equipment’s and their related accessories on a daily and periodic basis.
∎ Responsible for time and duties management of staffs.
∎ Responsible for controlling of DCS,PLC and SCADA system.
∎ -Responsible for operation of full shifting duties:
∎ Handed over and taking over of Shifting duties with proper documentation.
∎ Control all instrumental short circuits.
∎ Look after of all instrumental panels and equipment’s.
∎ Schedule maintenance of all equipment’s.
∎ Any other job assigned by superior.
∎ Follow Safety Rules:
∎ Ensure safety and security of man and machine under his working area.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate has to have working experience in Electrical & Instrument related issues of the factory
∎ The candidate should have practical experience in Instrument and DCS for minimum 3 to 4 years
∎ Experience in Sugar Industry would be added advantage
