Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have capability and experience to lead 100 to 250 bedded hospital.
∎ Will be responsible for and have to ensure delivering the best quality of patients care.
∎ Assist in formulating and implementing Clinical Policy and Procedures.
∎ Exercise professional leadership and organize, manage and evaluate quality within clinical and non-clinical services, ensuring that professional policies, practice and its application are evidence/research based and of a recognized standard.
∎ Provide sound environment at Indoor-Outdoor and Office Management.
∎ Implement clinical policy and procedures.
∎ Ensure schedule timing and responsibilities of the employees. Ensure effective and efficient duties of all staffs in the hospital.
∎ Perform duties specially given by the higher authorities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ At least 12 years among which minimum 5 years as Director or similar role.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital Administration, Operation and Medical Services
∎ Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
