Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sweater Factory Commercial
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for UD, UD Amendment & Export Order;
∎ packing list & other related documents for exporting/importing of goods/services; Checking & controlling PI & other invoices,
∎ Ensure managing yearly Customs Audit & claims independently.
∎ Preparing of all export documents as per buyer's requirement and follow up
∎ Ensure preparing and renewal all kind of Company Certificates from government authorities, BKMEA..
∎ Liaison with Bank, EPB, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents and other organizations related to export and import documentation.
∎ Having sound knowledge of Clearing & Forwarding (C&F), Customs Bond rules & regulations, HS Code etc.
∎ Custom handling, Export-import clearance & documentation;
∎ Preparing L/C Closing statement & report to management.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good computer literate, MS Office, MS Excel, email correspondence capability must be required with better Communication Skill.
∎ Must be fluent in English both speaking and writing.
Salary: Negotiable
