Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the civil infrastructure sector, with a focus on mega projects (MRT, bridges, roads, ports, etc.).
∎ Lead the tendering and PQ process: monitor tenders, evaluate requirements, prepare documentation, and coordinate submissions.
∎ Navigate PPP project frameworks: assess feasibility, risks, and commercial viability in collaboration with financial/legal teams.
∎ Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with government agencies, private partners, consultants, and contractors.
∎ Represent the company in business meetings, negotiations, and pre-bid conferences.
∎ Collaborate closely with Engineering, Planning, and Estimation teams to prepare project proposals and bid strategies.
∎ Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and forecasting to support long-term business growth.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and project requirements.
