Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process returned e-commerce orders and handle product returns to the warehouse
∎ Receiving all e-commerce returned orders or canceled orders from third party shipping partners as well as any unprocessed orders from the warehouse team
∎ Communicate with customer service team upon receiving returns and process resend or cancelation of order upon customer request
∎ Conduct sorting of the returned products before processing in the system and ensure accurate stock reflection
∎ Perform return merchandise authorization (RMA) in Magento system and monitor stock movement
∎ Ensure accurate representation of order status in the system by properly reflecting the processing of returned orders
∎ Provide daily summary reports of performed return merchandise authorization (RMA)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 year of relevant work experience in relevant field
∎ Understanding of Organizational processes
∎ Knowledge of E-commerce operations
∎ Problem-solving skills along with error finding capability
∎ Good communication and report writing skills
