Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate e-commerce order invoices, airway bills and prepare orders for shipment
∎ Process complete orders from picking team, ensure accuracy of picked products and send for final packing
∎ Track special orders which require gift wrapping, express shipping service, and any other customer request while processing order
∎ Ensure proper packaging of the products through assigned packers with special care for fragile items and international orders
∎ Handover all complete packaged orders to the shipping team
∎ Communicate with different teams within the department to process problematic orders
∎ Generate shift invoice printing and packaged orders report
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 year of relevant work experience in Customer Service or E-commerce Order Fulfillment section
∎ Understanding of Customer Relationship Management
∎ Knowledge of Modern marketing concepts, Digital marketing tools and marketing strategies
∎ Familiarity with online and offline media
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
