Finished Goods Warehouse, Store Inventory and Control, Warehouse Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise daily activities of the FG warehouse, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity and customer service.
∎ Schedule and oversee FG warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
∎ Keep close cooperation with production department to maintain available stock of FG for brand and marketing department via requirement from distribution.
∎ Keep tracking of storage FG and delivery to distribution department in time and keep the stock information updated by using inventory / storage software.
∎ Inform production department timely to keep the enough storage of FG and to meet the demand of marketing.
∎ Handover FG to distribution department in time according to the requirement of distribution and marketing department.
∎ Ensure all receive and handover of finish goods are properly documented and released.
∎ Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent.
∎ Maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track of FG.
∎ Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and yearly stock report properly.
