∎ Applicants having working experience in reputed Real Estate companies is preferred.
∎ Candidate must have working experience on building construction and sound knowledge about construction materials.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Auto Cad.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervising the construction of assigned site, understanding designs to maintain construction accordingly, estimation of required materials and managing proper supply chain with the suppliers.
∎ Time to time comparing the actual work done as per planed and taking necessary actions to maintain the work schedule of project(s)
∎ Managing the site supervisor, care taker, labors and others.
∎ Communicate with head office regarding implementation of works.
∎ Preparing Construction MPR, MRR Book and others necessary Documents Format.
∎ Reporting to Project Engineer and Particular Department.· Checking received materials.
∎ To supervise & execute construction of building project including shore pile, Basement, super structure sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per drawing.
∎ Should be able to manage project independently.
