Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive customers vehicle and prepare job cards and inventory.
∎ Diagnosis car to identify problems.
∎ Estimate the vehicle repair cost and time needed for repairs.
∎ Communicate with the Technician team for effective implementation.
∎ Maintain vehicle service tracking software.
∎ Communicate with supervisor, customer care and sales team for after-sales issues.
∎ Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs.
∎ Responsible for Mobile/ On call servicing for emergencies.
∎ Dealing Hybrid vehicle customers and assist on problem identification & solution.
∎ Any other activities instructed by line management.
