∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data analysis.

∎ Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Service Deal Generation:
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities for after-sales service contracts.
∎ Develop tailored proposals and negotiate service agreements with clients.
∎ Ensure timely renewals and upselling of existing service contracts.
∎ Maintain a robust pipeline of service deals to achieve sales targets.
∎ Customer Relationship Management:
∎ Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers to understand their evolving service needs.
∎ Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a seamless after-sales experience.
∎ Address and resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
∎ Operational Oversight:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of after-sales service teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
∎ Coordinate with technical teams to resolve service-related challenges effectively.
∎ Monitor and improve operational efficiency by analyzing key performance metrics.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements.
∎ Team Collaboration and Reporting:
∎ Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align after-sales operations with overall business goals.
∎ Provide regular reports on service deals, operational performance, and customer feedback to management.
∎ Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance after-sales processes and profitability.
