Educational Requirements:

∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Public/Private university with having good academic result.
∎ Skills Required: BOQ, Construction Audit, Construction Equipment, Construction Estimating, Cost and budget, MS Project, Quality Control/ Audit

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Drawing, Civil Engineering, Compliance Audit, Construction Audit, Construction Estimating, Cost and budget, Designing, Engineering audit, Project Planning, QC & Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimation and Budget check as per the approved design & drawings.
∎ Physical stock verification in various projects compare with delivered and used materials i.e., construction materials including finishing materials as per supplied by Supply Chain Management.
∎ Stage-by-stage report preparation like Foundation completion report, Superstructure completion report, and Finishing stage report.
∎ Check and compare the RAJUK approval drawings on-site as per as-built.
∎ Quality check of all types of construction materials and workmanship.
∎ Ready mix concrete’s (RMC) mix design verify and check the quality of the using materials as per the approval in the plant.
∎ Supplied and received RMC quantity checks in projects.
∎ Indent check whether the site in charge has submitted excess materials.
∎ Project visit regularly.
∎ Any other assignment if or when required by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Modern High-rise building, flyover, bridge, Civil Engineering, cost estimation, Project bidding, Project Costing, Project Operation, Project Planning, Tendering.
∎ Leadership, computer skill, execution skill, smartness, stress management, physically sound for project visit.
