∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering (EEE) from reputed Public/Private University.
∎ Skills Required: Electrical Engineering, Electrical Safety, Electrical wiring diagrams., Interior Designing, Technical Drawing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Drawing, Electrical Drawing, Electrical Engineering, Estimating, Interior Design, Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Interior Design, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Electrical estimation and budget according to architectural design lay-out.
∎ Preparing electrical works according to Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), ACCORD.
∎ Architectural & Electro- Mechanical drawing reviewing (if required).
∎ Electrical system has developed cost efficient way with the help of modern technology and minimized maintenance cost.
∎ Design and implement cost- effective devise modifications to improve reliability, safety and throughput.
∎ Preparing electrical design and drawing.
∎ Preparing Client meeting and meet up client requirement.
∎ Checking quality of Electrical materials.
∎ Checking the sub-contractor's work and bill.
∎ Ensure the proper material at site.
∎ Visit different sites and supervise all electricians.
∎ Ensure the quality of electrical works along with safety.
∎ Collecting quotation from various sub-contractors for electrical work.
∎ Market survey for existing electrical products, sourcing for new products and vendors.
∎ Comparing the price given by electrical suppliers with the market price.
∎ Collaborate with concerned personnel to ensure proper execution of each project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication and managerial skill.
∎ should have good knowledge in drawing & design.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
