∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any Public/Private University.
∎ Skills Required: BOQ, Designing, Electrical Drawing, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Documentation, Good command over MS Office Package
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BNBC, BOQ, Designing, Document Processing, Drawing skills, Electrical Drawing, project coordination, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ongoing Operational Projects and Handed over, EME work progress monitoring.
∎ Weekly meeting coordination with the project Concern and report to Supervisor.
∎ Regular Site visit to monitor the ongoing installation work.
∎ Review of working drawings and preparation of as build drawings.
∎ Check all the technical submittal documents.
∎ Preparing and finalize BOQ of materials.
∎ Carry out the supervision of day by day activities of electrical and mechanical works at site.
∎ Carry out the coordination & site meeting between subcontractor, Consultant and Projects Concern.
∎ Coordination and review the testing and commissioning procedures
∎ Awareness of all code of practices such as BNBC, NEC, IEC and ensure compliance to these codes and local authority requirements.
∎ As Built drawing prepared for FMS department.
∎ To make MPR /MTRF for collecting materials.
∎ Make maintenance Contract with the concern 3rd parties and follow-up regular maintenance activities through logbook including fire safety concern issues
∎ Follow-up with the maintenance works and clients / landowners regarding the maintenance work.
∎ Coordinate with other departments for necessary documents / drawings etc. for maintenance / post – handover related works.
∎ Collect Maintenance work completion certificate from land owner / Flat owner after completion of related maintenance work
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical skill is required & working experience in engineering dept. (electrical ) with large real state project.
∎ Should have analytical ability, time management & with record of accomplishment.
∎ Ability to prioritize for deadlines.
