∎ B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed Public/Private University.
∎ PGD in SCM will be get preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction engineering, Project Engineer, Real Estate project Development
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Real Estate Audit, Real Estate Engineering, Safety and compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study the structural, architectural and other design/ drawing pertinent of the project and verify the work accordingly.
∎ Quality control, Site safety, defines the problem & identifies the target to improvement.
∎ To provide timely feedback and maintain liaison with management
∎ To perform risk management to minimize project risk.
∎ Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings. Prepare minutes of all site meetings.
∎ Monitor site safely and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced.
∎ Check the entire procurement process of civil materials.
∎ Identify the risk factors and ensure internal control of the risk involved in civil activities.
∎ Check the internal services and related agreements with the suppliers to ensure the supply and services.
∎ Check all the ongoing civil construction work and ensure the maintenance of all buildings & other constructions.
∎ Prepare audit reports and preserve working papers to support the audit findings.
∎ Visit anywhere in Bangladesh as and when required for audit purposes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Engineering Audit and Report Writing.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Internet surfing, E-mail, etc.
∎ Must be good in Communication, Presentation & Reporting.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
