∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Construction, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Civil work, Construction engineering, Finishing, Quality Control Assurance, Real Estate project Development, Site Engineer, Supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for checking & executing all kinds of Civil Construction work in alignment with the approved drawing, design & architectural layout.
∎ The candidate will be responsible to supervise, monitor and ensure the Quality of Construction works including finishing work as per specification.
∎ Compete site quality control instruction and action of remedial response.
∎ Doing feasibility assessment and site inspection.
∎ Keep detailed records, generate reports and prepare presentations to help management and understand the project perspective.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge to give suggestions about construction guidelines & faulty works.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge about construction materials, materials field test & Quality assurance work.
∎ Any other Activities as and when required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Internet surfing, E-mail, etc.
∎ Well trained and good Official Correspondence in writing.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 55000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive Salary Package
