Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering with good academic record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Physical checking of MB book and controlling of quantities.
∎ Cost consulting and cost estimation
∎ Analyzing complete work and arranging the payment of contractor or vendors.
∎ Maintain software for all types of bills.
∎ Analysis and evaluation of construction work
∎ Verifying the revolving/adjustment bill of different project in-charges which have been submitted to Central Engineering Quantity Survey Team (CEQST).
∎ Prepare bill checking program with audit team.
∎ Site visit when it is needed.
∎ Confirming all types of bill (sub-contractor, suppliers and vendor), investigation, labor approval, additional budgeting etc.
∎ Coordination to all department (Accounts, Audit, MIS, CAIDL, Construction etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have experience in BOQ & Rate analysis will get preference.
∎ Computer knowledge is must.
Salary: Negotiable
