Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed Public/Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Classify problems on priority basis.
∎ Visit projects individually or with the maintenance team as per Team Leader /HOD's recommendation and prepare reports accordingly.
∎ Prepare report according to maintenance team's findings.
∎ Prepare costing (if required) for the maintenance work based on the inspection report.
∎ Consult with Team Leader for the work schedule and inform clients / landowners accordingly.
∎ Follow-up with the maintenance works and clients / landowners regarding the maintenance work.
∎ Keep records of all maintenance related issues according to projects.
∎ Coordinate with other departments for necessary documents / drawings etc. for maintenance / post - handover related works.
∎ Make MPR /MTRF for collecting materials.
∎ Find out & collect materials from market if necessary.
∎ Inform the Team Leader regularly about status of Maintenance work.
∎ On Emergency visit project after getting any call from Team Leader / Apt. owner of any project.
∎ To submit adjustment after completion of maintenance work.
∎ Collect Maintenance work completion certificate from land owner / Flat owner after completion of related maintenance work
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Auto CAD, Expert in MS Office, different software required to prepare financial statement
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
