Civil Engineering, Construction Estimating, Execution , Interior Design, Interior Finishing, Interior Project, Supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Interior Design, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision & monitoring of execution, estimation all related activities of interior project.
∎ Ensure materials specification wise items procurement in timely.
∎ Ensure project quality as per design & materials specification wise.
∎ Project wise budget preparation both internal project budget & client invoice budget.
∎ Cooperation & correspondence with others department activities such SCM, CQCT.
∎ Ensure project handover procedure & subsequent after sales service of projects.
∎ Ensure project materials indent, MRR, suppliers & sub-contractor bills issue in timely.
∎ Liaising with clients to ensure all issue are addressed in timely manner, and that project requirement are met.
∎ Attending all technical meeting as CAIDL representative.
∎ Weekly & monthly execution report prepare & submit to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skill is must.
∎ Computer literacy is must (Excel, Power Point & Auto-CAD)
