∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Audit/ Investigation, Bill verification, Billing, BOQ, Civil work, Construction Audit, Construction engineering, Cost Analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend Visit Program: As per schedule of CEQST (Central Engineering Quality Survey Team) Visit program and coordinating with CEQST (Central Engineering Quality Survey Team) Department & Project Engineer.
∎ Project Visit: Physically checking actual work volume and correction Measurement Book (MB) for quantity ensures any civil item in the project.
∎ Investigation/Check:
∎ Re-bar & Form-work measurement physical checking at the project before R.C.C casting.
∎ Investigate various type of work like labor work, dismantling work, wastage quantity check, re-work any civil item & scarp selling purpose.
∎ MB Calculation: Properly calculate quantity of civil item & running abstract bill & estimate.
∎ Abstract sheet check:
∎ Submitted bill work volume check as per measurement book (MB).
∎ Last bill quantity checks as per previous bill.
∎ Item wise labor rate check as per approved rate schedule.
∎ Rate Analysis & Estimating:
∎ Prepare the estimate & rate analysis of additional work for the various project.
∎ Estimating & Analyzing of daily market labor requirement.
∎ Work Progress Report: Monthly progress report preparation for running project.
∎ Safety & Security check: During project visit we are checking construction worker's safety as per company rule.
∎ Operate ERP Software: The value of quantity, paid amount & advance amount check before any sub-contractors and suppliers all bill payment in the ERP Software.
∎ Project Inventory: Time to time project inventory audit & reporting at project.
∎ Communication: Communicating with Project Accountant, Project Engineer, Project Manager, SCM, CEQST (Central Engineering Quality Survey Team) & CQCT (Central Quality Control Team) Department for various bill purpose and MIS & HRD for others work purpose.
∎ Report Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly to HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Knowledge on ERP and SAP software
∎ Moderate level proficiency in Microsoft package is required.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Team player & can do attitude.
∎ Strong sense of integrity and commitment to good governance
