Job Responsibilities:
∎ Site visit, supervision and quality control at construction sites & checking as per specified Checklist of all structural work & finishing work such as Form Work, Reinforcement work, block laying work, Block work, Plaster work, Tiles work etc.
∎ Casting work supervision, ensuring concrete quality and taking cylinder sample for test.
∎ Monitoring of construction material (Cylinder, Rebar, Sand, Stone chips, Block, Cement etc.) test from BUET & our Lab and prepared assessment report of the test and submit monthly basis.
∎ Study and ensuring implementation of Structural & Architectural drawings of different projects.
∎ Ensuring safety & security measures all works at project.
∎ Supervision & Monitoring of all maintenance work of handed over project (If when necessary).
∎ Provide necessary technical support & instant solution at site.
∎ Preparation of site visit report in computer database regular basis and submitted to the management.
∎ Ensuring all Construction materials quality of ongoing project.
∎ Quality assurance of all new shuttering materials by visiting vendor workshop.
∎ Passing the MRR online by ePIC once the quality of the materials is confirmed.
∎ Arranging weekly meeting on activities of QC members over the week.
∎ Arranging training session of all defective works of our ongoing & handed over projects. (Block work, Tiles work, Aluminum work etc.)
∎ Performing documentation work of COCT.
∎ Yearly budget preparation & submission.
∎ Preparing & submission of Annual Operating Plan (A.O.P)
∎ Checking and submission of monthly conveyance & entertainment bill.
∎ Preparing and submission of monthly stationary requisition.
∎ Site visit to ensure the method and quality of structure and finishing works of project as per provided specified Checklist. The specific checklist items are given below:
∎ Group - A:
∎ Drawing & Field Survey/Layout.
∎ Group - B:
∎ Structural Works, Materials, Pile Work, Form Work (Colum/Shear Wall), Form Work (Beam/Slab), Rebar Work, Concreting work.
∎ Group - C:
∎ Block Laying and Plastering Works, Block Work and Plaster Work.
∎ Group -D:
∎ Finishing Works such as Door Frame & Shutter Work, Paint Work, Polishing Work, M. S. Grill/ Gate/ Railing Work, Aluminium work,
∎ Floor Tile Work, Wall Tile Work, and Roof Tile Work.
∎ Group - E:
∎ Electro Mechanical Works such as Sanitary Conduit Laying Work, Sanitary uPVC Pipe Work, Water Pipe Line Work.
∎ Group -F: Safety such as Site Safety, Sub-Structure Works Safety.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong Communication Skill.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.
