Educational Requirements:
∎ Educated to a Bachelor engineering level /Masters Level from any public recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Translating the Quality Policy into an effective Quality Management System.
∎ Verify that approved quality system procedures are implemented, and where necessary, complementary procedures are raised, updated, and controlled.
∎ Coordinate ISO registration & certification activities and external surveillance audits. Develop and maintain all manuals, forms & other documents as per the requirements of relevant ISO standards.
∎ Assist in implementing ISO standards (ISO 9001: 2015)/ IATF 16949.
∎ Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained (ISO 9001:2015).
∎ Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
∎ Ensure corrective and preventive actions are issued, implemented, verified and closed within set timeframes & Review ISO corrective actions / preventative actions (CAPAs).
∎ To make sure, non-conformities, all follow-up actions are listed on the appropriate non-conformity log and corrective actions are assigned to the appropriate party.
∎ Taking minutes and producing a report for the management review meetings.
∎ Assisting QC team to ensure customer requirements through participating in testing, analyzing and implementing preventive action.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Thorough knowledge of the requirements and practical experience of developing, implementing and improving quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001:2015/IATF16949.
∎ 2-3 Years' Experience in ISO9001/2015 or IATF16949 implementation.
∎ Internal Auditor Certificate of ISO9001/2015 or IATF16949 is recommended.
