∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public University minimum experience 04 years
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public Institute minimum experience 07 years
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D CAD, Civil Enginnering, Construction Building, Project Planning, Site Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Context:
∎ We are inviting application from only eligible who has experienced with similar job (Civil Engineering) in similar industry (Real Estate) minimum 04 to 07 years.
∎ Posting will be Dhaka based project only.
∎ This is a full time permanent position and demands the following preference for an eligible incumbent.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan.
∎ Should have practical Knowledge on basement construction, fair face concrete construction.
∎ Site supervision, bill checking and measurement book writing.
∎ Understand building plans, sections, elevations and structural drawings.
∎ Monitoring contractors work progress in quantity and quality.
∎ Quality checking of construction materials.
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per schedule.
∎ Ensure safety arrangement (fire, security, men & material) of construction site.
∎ Ensure Site Health, Safety, Environmental issues.
∎ Any other relevant duties assigned by management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4 - 7 years of relevant experiences in Prominent Real Estate Company.
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
Salary:
∎ Lucrative salary & compensation packages will be provided as remuneration
