Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Government Polytechnic Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of all kind of civil and finishing works and ensure conformance to design specifications following construction checklist.
∎ To ensure site safety, security, quality work and work progress as per time schedule.
∎ Checking reinforcement, shuttering works and informing Construction Manager and any discrepancies must be carried out prior to the casting if it would have.
∎ Time to time report to construction manager about all type of project related work.
∎ Keeping the record of inspection, variations, testing and points of connection.
∎ Estimating of materials, equipment, accessories required for site and informing the respective person if he is asked.
∎ Follow up all kind of daily work program with sub-contractor.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

∎ Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, Site Monitoring, site supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Group of Companies, Real Estate
∎ Candidate must have experience in Real estate/ Construction company.
∎ Basic computer skills is a must.
∎ Self-motivated, highly committed, independent, and result-oriented team player.
∎ Strong analytical, leadership and team management skills.
