∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Bills of Contractors
∎ Estimation, Costing & Budgeting of works
∎ Data Entry in Software at construction sites and timely execution of projects
∎ Supervise site staff and coordinate between Management and site
∎ Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing.
∎ Carry out of all types of Engineering & Architectural design.
∎ Coordination with design department for effective implementation of projects
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by the Management
∎ Handling the Contractor's workers & supervisors
∎ Monitoring and improving MRS (Material requisition system) in software
∎ Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP)
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ 2-3 years experience for B.Sc Engineers
∎ 5-6 years experience for Diploma Engineers in building constructions site.
∎ Computer Skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project) & Soft skills required
