Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of clinical practice . Minimum 5 years' experience as an educator in nursing college. Total 07 years of working experience in education and more.
∎ Excellent English proficiency in speaking, reading and writing.
∎ Good interpersonal, leadership, and administrative skills.
∎ Ambitious, Dedicated, Hard Working.
∎ Willing to take challenges of work pressure & deadline.
∎ To perform additional duties to meet with the Company's needs as required and assigned by management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Completes the curriculum through classroom lectures, laboratory practical’s, and training sessions.
∎ Accompanies the students for the Clinical practices to provide a preview as to how the nursing staff works in different situations.
∎ Teaching nursing practices can be tricky especially when the number of students is high & looks after the attendance and participation of students.
∎ Provides requisite information and guidance to the students and at the same time supports the senior nursing staff and specialists to maintain a smooth pace in the functioning of the organization.
∎ Responsibilities include counseling students during recruitment, developing course structure, modifying existing course modules; maintaining records, representing institute for intercollegiate events, administering student performance and conducting Research etc.
