Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Assistant Production Manager to support daily production activities, production planning, quality control and workforce coordination. The candidate will assist in ensuring the timely production of FRP STP modules while maintaining product quality, workplace safety, efficient resource utilization and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production planning, scheduling and execution to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.

• Supervise production activities and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials, machinery and other resources.

• Monitor the manufacturing process of FRP STP modules and ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

• Conduct routine quality inspections, identify production defects and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant teams.

• Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and necessary production supplies.

• Monitor raw material consumption, inventory levels and production wastage to minimize unnecessary costs.

• Identify production bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures, environmental requirements and applicable production standards.

• Maintain daily production records and prepare reports on output, productivity, material consumption, quality issues and production performance.

• Coordinate with Quality Control, Technical, Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure smooth production operations and timely product delivery.

• Supervise production workers, allocate tasks and support employee training, performance monitoring and workplace discipline.

• Assist in implementing process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste and improve manufacturing efficiency.
