Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
∎ 05~10 years in the field of Boiler operation with at least 2nd Class certificate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Boiler Maintenance, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Power Plant Operations and Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains the operation and surveillance of water tube boiler equipment, related control panels, and distribution control systems.
∎ Responsible for assisting operation activities to shift engineer
∎ Responsible for water tube Boiler and all scheduled maintenance
∎ Responsible for the generation & distribution of proper utilization
∎ Responsible for Boiler Operation /Maintenance scheduled and unscheduled
∎ To look after the Economizer, FWP, FD Fan, condensate pump, and feed water quality of the Boiler
∎ Responsible for maintenance of Boiler Feed water pumps, Transfer pumps, Deaerator tank, and boiler other equipment.
∎ Observe and inform any abnormalities in the plant concerned
∎ Responsible for assuring that all safety rules, procedures, and regulations are followed including the coordination and supervision of equipment isolation and lockout-tag-out procedures.
∎ Maintains an operating log and provides operating data, graphs, etc. pertinent to the efficient operation of the plant.
∎ Cleans the plant and equipment including the inside and outside of Boiler.
∎ Establish a good line of communication with all Powerhouse personnel.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience on the job works
∎ Should have Water tube boiler Operation experience
∎ Should have knowledge on the specific job of Steam generation & distribution.
∎ Should have sound maintenance knowledge of FWP, FD Fan motor, and condensate pump of the boiler.
∎ Should have knowledge on Economizer, feed water quality of Boiler.
∎ Should have knowledge on all control operational Parameter.
∎ Handle & operate of SCADA & DCS system.
∎ Builds Trust.

∎ Must have positive approach
∎ Ability to follow seniors
∎ Willingness for self-learning and teach other juniors
