Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure operation, maintenance and trouble shooting of BMS & HVAC system.
∎ To ensure operation, maintenance and trouble shooting of water treatment plant.
∎ To ensure smooth operation, maintenance & trouble shooting of air-compressor system.
∎ To ensure smooth operation, maintenance & trouble shooting of fire fighting, generator & boiler system.
∎ To prepare and maintain SOP, log books, documentations of utility machineries.
∎ To have strong knowledge over design, drawing & automation related work.
∎ To prepare BOQ of electrical project related work.
