Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the functioning of all transport operations.
∎ Prepare inward and outward gate pass for delivery or receive of any products.
∎ Prepare analysis reports to minimize the cost of transport.
∎ Assist in monitoring vehicle GPS, root plan, load-unload capacity, and also customer destination point.
∎ Assist in monitoring SMS collection of all depots.
∎ Prepare vehicle movement reports, fuel reports, repair and maintenance reports periodically.
∎ Prepare a monthly report of transport performance.
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor.
