Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive Deliver Order (DO), prepare delivery schedule & provide information efficiently.
∎ Keeping assembly with Day-Old-Chick (DOC)/Feed Van drivers and associated staffs.
∎ Preparing a route wise delivery schedule for DOC/Feed van loading.
∎ Preparing delivery information format for every delivery van as per schedule.
∎ Cross checking all invoices by name after preparing challan which is ready for delivery as per schedule.
∎ Monitoring unloading of DOC/Feed.
∎ Prepare and send DOC/Feed receiving report to the Supervisor.
∎ Prepare hatch-wise DOC delivery report, Production vs Delivery report & all other kinds of monthly/yearly reports regarding DOC/Feed distribution.
∎ Prepare trip bill & off day bill and proceed to Accounts Department.
∎ Collect monthly salary of deliverymen from specified bank account and disburse accordingly.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
