Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibility Transport Personnel
∎ 1. Supervising and monitoring all the maintenance works of the depot vehicles and communicate with Central Transport, Abdullahpur for proper advice, if required.
∎ 2. Keeping records for all types of periodic maintenance of the vehicles, repairing or replacement of the spare parts and all types of vehicle documents of the depot.
∎ 3. Maintaining and monitoring fuel intake and consumption of the vehicles as well as keeping proper records of it.
∎ 4. Supervising and monitoring different types of spare parts purchase for the depot vehicles and also engage in the purchase process.
∎ 5. Preparing Monthly ERP Van Maintenance report of the depot and send it to the concerned person of Central Transport, Abdullahpur within the specific timeline.
