Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare update and implement HR policy and job description of employees.
∎ Manage the grievance and disciplinary issue smoothly and insure proper discipline in the organization.
∎ Monitor supervises and coordinates all administrative & overall logistics issue as per company policy.
∎ Carrying out floor visit to check housekeeping and ensure health, hygiene & safety issue.
∎ Conduct worker orientation training and execute orientation, training and awareness program for the workers.
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company.
∎ To ensure recruitment and selection in the vacant positions as and where required within the stipulated time by sourcing on own initiative.
∎ Liaison with BTMA, compliance auditors, fire and civil defense, labour office, labour court, police station etc.
∎ To monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, leave and prepare / maintain proper report/Documentation and take necessary action deemed to be appropriate.
∎ Initiate any other task assigned by the management.
