Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 Years work experience or Bachelor in Civil Engineering with 2 years' work experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of Basic Civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, site preparation, ground leveling, soil testing, concrete foundation, building construction, Steel building construction, Factory shade, finishing work and handling, implementing large construction projects etc.
∎ Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner Planning to use equipment at most cost-effective way.
∎ Inform the problem arises at site to superior and take necessary steps to solve it.
∎ Preparing estimates, checking requisition list, ensure quantity & quality, stock-control.
∎ To ensure standard of quality of works according to specification. To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ Reporting to the higher Management.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 5 Years, Fresher's is also encouraged applying but Experience people will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Construction, Civil Construction, Steel Building Construction. Factory/Plant/Facility Management/Group of Companies and overall industrial work.
∎ The applicant should have experience AutoCAD use and make design.
∎ AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, Internet Browsing & Proficiency in both Bengali and English writing, speaking & listening.
∎ Willing to stay the factory accommodation.
