Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical
∎ Diploma in Electrical, mechanical and food process.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assistant miller assist the shift Miller.
∎ Must be able to perform all functions necessary to operate all equipment in preparing the correct wheat mixes in the proper condition for the milling process.
∎ Develop basic knowledge of wheat flow, cleaning, tempering equipment and milling equipment.
∎ Ability to assist shift miller during problem periods, such as chokes, broken belts and minor repairs, etc.
∎ Ability to relieve the Shift Miller as needed.
∎ Willing to assist wherever necessary plant wide (including repair and cleanout activities).
∎ Be attentive to the flow of the mill and appropriately react to choke ups and problems.
∎ Communicate effectively with miller before, during and after the work shift. Be prepared to report out on the results of the previous shift.
∎ Will be responsible for the quality of production output.
∎ Other tasks as assigned by management.

Salary: Negotiable
