Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma IN Nursing Science & Midwifery / B.Sc in Nursing Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer the patient's query and give the right information
∎ Hand over the task to next shift colleagues who will have on duty.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
∎ Give movement of the patient's file.
∎ Receive patients with joyfully nurse this is observing.
∎ Handle and resolve nursing complaints.
∎ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle nursing service inquiries.
∎ Provide pricing and delivery information.
∎ Organize workflow & Follow up to nurse's staff frames.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
∎ Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
∎ Record details of actions taken
∎ Prepare and distribute nursing activity reports
∎ Maintain customer databases & all nurses' staff.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
∎ Follow up on customer interactions
∎ Provide feedback on the efficiency of the nursing service process
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospital, Medical College & Hospital, Clinic
∎ First Three (03) Months provisional period, after successfully completing the provisional period the company will decide to permanent the employee.
∎ Should have sound interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written
∎ Problem analysis and problem-solving ability.
∎ Data collection and ordering capability.
∎ Able to work with stress for long hours.
