∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Purchase Order or Work Order.
∎ Preparation New ERP Backlog Data entry.
∎ Receiving MRF and MRR Tracking.
∎ Checking bills confirmation as per Purchase Order and Challan.
∎ Regular follow up with supplier for getting offer.
∎ Execute office stationary and entertainment items as per requisition.
∎ Prepare of comparative statement (CS) for approval as per quotation.
∎ Prepare monthly reports of Credit status, payment status & purchase status.
∎ Prepare monthly & weekly budget for timely payment of suppliers.
∎ Visit project to ensure the delivery of quality materials.
∎ Follow up MRR from sites.
∎ Co-ordinate supplier cheque distribution etc.
∎ Updating supplier list.
∎ Any other job as assigned.

∎ Age 28 to 38 years
