Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of process machineries.
∎ Ensure running of machines /equipments and ensure maximum utilization in production units.
∎ Participate in installation, commissioning, qualification & validation of machineries and equipments.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of process machineries & spare parts
∎ Maintain engineering files, engineering drawings and other validation documents.
∎ Operation and Maintenance of Sub-station, Generator system, electrical maintenance etc.
∎ Supervising site work and scheduling maintenance tasks.
∎ Having Problem Solving Skill, RCA, CAP & Innovative Skill.
∎ Preparing preliminary maintenance reports.
∎ Maintaining safe operational practices and All EHS.
∎ Performing additional maintenance and related tasks as assigned by higher management.
