Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible All Import & Export Related Banking Job.
∎ • Arrange Procuring Materials based on Factory Requirement.
∎ • Opening of Import LC.
∎ • Providing Logistic support (Opening L/C, fixing payment and shipment mode, prepare documentations accordingly) to factory.
∎ • Confirmation of HS Code and other terms in Proforma Invoice.
∎ • Contact with Bank/Financial intermediaries for Foreign Bank issues.
∎ • Updating LC & other liabilities with Bank and informing accordingly.
∎ • Obtaining of required Certificate/License from concerned department.
∎ • Updating shipment position of import consignment.
∎ • Communication with Bank about import documents and sending to CNF agent & updating delivery status.
∎ • Communication with indenter/agent of exporters about import LC issues.
∎ • Preparation and sending of documents to Banks about Proposal, Import, Exports or any other issues.
∎ • Work in a Team for obtaining any other requirements of the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
