Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare reports regarding market conditions.
∎ Implement purchasing instructions, policies, and procedures.
∎ Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
∎ Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies at construction site(s).
∎ Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
∎ Locate vendors of materials and interview them in order to determine product. availability and terms of sales in accordance with company policy.
∎ Crafting negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms.
∎ Determine quality, quantity and timing of deliveries.
∎ Source and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good oral & written communication both in Bangla & English.
∎ Should have knowledge on real estate/construction materials.
∎ Should be able to deal with the vendors/contractors efficiently & professionally.
Salary: Negotiable
