Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Negotiate with the Landowners for product planning, consideration of time, materials, finances, services and other relevant works.
∎ • Arrange face to face meeting & conduct 'Company Profile Presentation' to the Landowners
∎ • Conduct visits in different potential locations for acquisition of lands for future business prospects
∎ • Arrange necessary preparation for land signing ceremony with the help of concerned department
∎ • Acquisition of New Business
∎ • Expansion of product line both vertically and horizontally
∎ • Optimise at developing resources
∎ • Understand client needs and building excellent PR
∎ • Initiate new strategies to influence market
∎ • Conduct PIR (Post Implementation Review) of all projects
∎ • Develop SOP's for effective department functioning
∎ • Develop departmental strategic plans
∎ • Analyse and understand market requirements, trends and city planning.
∎ • Build and maintain excellent PR with landowners.
∎ • Conduct PIR (Post Implementation Review) of all projects and recommend improvement if required.
∎ • Provide full support to the legal department for verifying and checking final draft of agreement, power of attorney and other relevant papers related to land.
∎ • Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
