∎ Age at most 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as the primary liaison with key regulatory and government authorities such as DGDA, DGHS, DoE, BSTI, DoE, DIFE, City Corporation, Municipal Authorities, etc. to maintain proactive engagement and address emerging regulatory issues.
∎ Ensure all operational licenses, permits and certifications are acquired, renewed and managed without disruption.
∎ Assist in inspections, audits and compliance visits by regulatory agencies.
∎ Provide strategic advice to the leadership team on the regulatory impact of business decisions, expansion plans, new services or facility launches.
∎ Drive internal awareness and capacity building on emerging healthcare regulations, compliance risks and standards.
∎ Prepare and submit statutory reports, returns and declarations to relevant authorities.
∎ Support management in matters related to legal documentation, licensing agreements, joint ventures and service contracts.
∎ Review and manage key legal documents such as MOUs, vendor/service agreements, NDAs and partnership agreements in consultation with legal advisors.
∎ Coordinate with in-house departments to ensure internal regulatory alignment.
