Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Material Specification Preparation
∎ • Review Project Material Specification as per Design (Interior)
∎ • Collect sample as per BOQ and DoA for finishing materials and share specification with SCM.
∎ • Coordinate with Supply Chain Management team regarding sample sourcing, sorting, presentation and selection
∎ • Analyse Vendor’s Quotation
∎ • Review Sample and Design
∎ • Propose material and Different Comparative statement Preparation for management approval
∎ • Submit materials selection
∎ • Project Cost Optimisation through material selection.
∎ • Utilise of previous stock products maintaining the project specification.
∎ • Update Priority Task List/ KPI report/ Other reports.
∎ • Select Material in coordination within IWBS.
∎ • Coordinate with vendors.Any other work assigned by ED (P&C)/ Director or others.
