Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Joint venture development of land.
∎ New prospect hunting by using different sources like (Internal & External reference).
∎ Continuous follow-up and convince the land owners for joint venture development.
∎ To visit the land & survey around of the land for competitors information.
∎ To arranging primary meeting with the original land owners.
∎ To make and sent draft Deed of agreement and Power of Attorney after receiving the wanting list of land documents from land owners.
∎ FAR calculation on basis of Dhaka Imarat Nirman bidhimala-2008 to make an idea for development plan.
∎ To make a costing on land development on the basis of land owners requirements.
∎ To make a presentation proposal and send to land owner.
∎ To set business development target yearly and monthly and analysis the achievement.
∎ Continuous market research & competitor's analysis by Market survey.
∎ To make a relation with existing land owners and clients.
∎ Must have sound knowledge and communications of different authorities for developing lease hold and free hold properties in Dhaka and other cities.
∎ To develop and maintain various forward and backward linkages for achieving the company goals.
∎ Other tasks as assigned by the superior/management
